Our Women's Kickboxing Program takes music, excitement and energy and does it one better. Every skill level and body type can get a great workout, and have a great time! This class combines aerobics, cardio-vascular & body toning with self defense tactics. It will also help with the following:
* Improved cardio-vascular fitness
* Excellent self-defense
* Improved strength & muscle tone
* Stress reduction and control
* Improved coordination
* Greater confidence
While you are shaping, toning, losing body fat and increasing endurance, you will learn basic Martial Arts techniques that could be used to protect yourself.
