Thai Kickboxing combines Thai Kickboxing, American Sport Kickboxing, and circuit training to create a challenging workout for men or women ages 13 and up.
The training is intense, and focuses on conditioning and fighting skills. Many of CMAI's competitive kickboxers are in this class, utilizing the training to succeed in competition. The class features a workout portion, and an optional sparring portion. Students always spar with protective gear, and the contact ranges from medium to full contact sparring.
This program is great for anyone seeking a great workout with true kickboxing roots.
Anyone 17 or younger must have parent sign waiver.
